Documents to submit with application | University of Pécs

The applicant has to submit the following documents by uploading them to the online application portal of the University of Pécs.

BSc Programmes

a valid passport;
a high school diploma (baccalaureate) and a certified translation into English, which entitles the applicant to pursue higher education,
an official transcript of results document and a certified English translation thereof;
Minimally CEFR B2 level language exam certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/Cambridge/ECL/TELC/Euroexam) more information>>>
 medical certificate (serological test result of the tests taken must be attached)
chest X-ray (doctor’s note, not the image, and not older than 1 year)
vaccination card (showing that you are immunized against HEP B and C) OR serology results for Hep B and C
 HIV test result (not older than 3 months)
CV, letter of motivation,
other certificates
for those non complying 18 years of age by the time of application, a declaration is required in which the parents agree to the minor's continued studies in Hungary

MSc Programmes

a valid passport;
a BA/BSc certificate and a certified translation into English, which entitles the applicant to enter into a master’s program in the applicant’s home country;
an official transcript of results of the completed BA/BSc programme and a certified English translation thereof;
Minimally CEFR B2 level language exam certificate (TOEFL/IELTS/Cambridge/ECL/TELC/Euroexam) more information>>>

PhD Programmes

a MA/MSc certificate and a certified translation into English, which entitles the applicant to enter into a master’s program in the applicant’s home country;

research plan;
list of publications (if the applicant has one),

Research Proposal

A 2-3 page written statement of the research plan, which includes an explanation of the purpose of the study and outlines the research methodology. It should comprise the following:

The intended title of the dissertation
The aim of the underlying research as well as the clearly stated motivation for the research
Literature review, i.e. a review of the state-of-the-art literature
List of references
