The Makro Club is a joint initiative of the Institute of Economics and Econometrics and the Center for Applied Learning (CAL), which aims to present and discuss the impact of current economic processes on the business environment. Knowledge is transferred through various events (lectures, roundtable discussions, debates), primarily for students and alumni of the University of Pécs, as well as its market partners.

The conference of the 37th OTDK Economics Section took place in Miskolc between 28-30 April. Present or former students presented 26 papers, which were awarded 14 places:

NetWorkShop Pécs 2025

27-28 March  Pécsi Tudományegyetem Közgazdaságtudományi Kar (Pécs, Rákóczi út 80.)        

The third round of the NetWorkShop Pécs events in 2025 gathers recent and ongoing contributions from experts in network and innovation economics from Hungary and beyond. This year's event focuses on the challenges of innovation and development in the context of networked and global systems such as supply chains, knowledge and social networks, trade and production systems, when maintaining or building resilience within these systems or networks gains priority.
