Currency

The official currency of Hungary is the Hungarian Forint (HUF). 1 EURO is about 400 HUF. Although it is possible to pay in Euros in several places it is recommend to have HUF during your stay. It is advised to change in official changing points but not in frequent locations (like the airport). In Pécs we can help you to find the best places to change.
