In order to make the PTE KTK website easier to use, we conducted an eye-tracking search.
We examined the website of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs based on user aspects. The aim was to see where users get "lost" and what solutions they are looking for in these cases.
Using a fixed eye camera (Tobii Pro X3-120), we investigated how the participants solve a specific task, i.e. what path they follow when they have to collect as much information as possible about a given department (at the PTE KTK).
Usability of results
The results have helped to make the PTE KTK website even more user-friendly and to make it easier for users to find the content they are looking for.
