Dr. Tímea Venczel-Szakó
Tímea Venczel-Szakó, PhD is an assistant professor at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Leadership and Organizational Sciences. She received her degree in Economics in 2012 at the same university. She defended her PhD degree in 2022.
She is teaching currently business communication, leadership and organising, management and leadership, intercultural business communication, communication at the workplace, introduction to management, organisational culture, talent management, interest reconciliation, corporate interest reconciliation, basic knowledge of the labour market, labour market policies.
Her main research areas are the atypical work, the relationship between organisational culture and internal organisational communication, the integrative influence of internal organisational communication, labor relations, employer branding.
Since 2015, she has been a certified mentor at the PTE KTK Talent Point. She became a qualified Business Coach in June 2021. In 2024, she won the EMCC GLOBAL international award for EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner coach and mentor. From 2024, she is the head of the Business coach postgraduate specialist training, From September 1, 2024, she is the President of the Janus Pannonius College for Advanced Studies in Economics of University of Pécs.
