NetWorkShop Pécs Innovation and development in networked global systems: challenges and building resilience 27-28 March 2025, University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics

Call for papers

The third round of the NetWorkShop Pécs events in 2025 gathers recent and ongoing contributions from experts in network and innovation economics from Hungary and beyond. This year's event focuses on the challenges of innovation and development in the context of networked and global systems such as supply chains, knowledge and social networks, trade and production systems, when maintaining or building resilience within these systems or networks gains priority. We encourage, but do not limit to, empirical and theoretical contributions that discuss the role of space in these systems and processes.

The keynote speakers of the event: Balázs Lengyel, Corvinus University of Budapest Andrea Morrison, University of Pavia We wait for presentation abstracts related to the topic outlined above. Applications may be sent to econnet [at] ktk.pte.hu, by no later than 25th January 2025.

Notification of acceptance is due by 5th February 2025. Attendance is free of charge but linked to registration (registration link is going to be sent upon acceptance).
