Information for Experts
What is the iExpo?
The iExpo is an event where students showcase their semester projects, research, business ideas, and presentation skills in the form of a project competition. In addition to presenting their professional work, students also have the opportunity to demonstrate their personal competencies.
The event provides an excellent opportunity for companies seeking future employees to discover the talents and skills of our students. Representatives can visit the teams’ booths, give feedback, and evaluate the projects by awarding “UniCoins” as a form of professional recognition.
At the end of the event, the students and teams who collect the most UniCoins — and stand out with their performance — will be rewarded with scholarships and valuable prizes.
PROGRAMME PLAN - 3rd December 2025.
- 11:50–12:00 – Arrival
Parking is available in the parking lot behind the Knowledge Centre (Tudásközpont). - 12:00–13:00 – Partner Welcome Session
Location: Foyer in front of the Molnár Kálmán Lecture Hall, Faculty of Law (PTE ÁJK)
Introduction to the submitted projects, expert evaluation guidelines, suggestions, and informal discussions over sandwiches and coffee. - 13:00–15:00 – iExpo: Reverse Student Job Fair
Location: Faculty of Business and Economics (PTE KTK)
The building will come alive with student projects, where students present their work, ideas, and presentation skills to visiting experts, company representatives, and HR professionals in the exhibition area. - 15:15–16:00 – Award Ceremony
Announcement of results, presentation of special prizes, gifts, and awards — including student scholarships, cash prizes, and sponsor gifts.
Registration
If your company wishes to participate in the iEXPO, please complete the registration form by 20th November.

Student Scholarship
During the event, there is an opportunity to support our outstanding student teams through scholarships.
On the registration form, please indicate your intention to contribute and select the type of support you wish to provide (e.g. material gift, scholarship, or other form of contribution).
Further information will be sent via email to our partners who choose to participate after completing registration.
Parking
Like in previous years, during the iEXPO on December 3, parking will be provided in a secured, enclosed parking area behind the Knowledge Centre (Tudásközpont).
Access to the area reserved for iEXPO participants will be granted by the security staff after providing your name and company name, ensuring both safety and adequate parking capacity.
The Faculty is only a few minutes’ walk west from the parking lot. We recommend leaving the parking area via the stairs to the left of the Knowledge Centre, then turning left and following the sidewalk to reach our campus.
