Biography

Krisztina Horváth is a PhD candidate at the Regional Policy and Economics Doctoral School, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pécs, Hungary. She obtained her masters degree in Finance at the University of Pécs in 2014. Her PhD dissertation deals with the relationship between knowledge-based and manufacturing businesses and its territorial economic effects. Additionally, she is also interested in informal investments and bootstrap finance. She participated in various research projects as a research assistant, and between 2015 and 2016 she was the member of the GEM Hungary Team.
