2025. June 6. 11:03

The LEAD research examined the situation and experiences of women in leadership positions.

Research Topic

The study aimed to explore the career opportunities, perceived inequalities, career aspirations, and access to support among women at various leadership levels. Additionally, the research sought to identify personas based on these segments.

Methodology

A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing an existing contact database for a survey. The study targeted women in leadership roles across different levels, focusing on topics aligned with the research objectives. This was complemented by an extensive secondary analysis, reviewing corporate reports to evaluate the presence of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) themes.

Practical Implications of the Results

The findings can be leveraged to better understand the motivations, attitudes, and experiences of women in leadership positions. This insight can support the development of targeted HR strategies, equality programs, or leadership development initiatives.
