Certification Programmes to Strenghten Your Future

From February 2024, the programme curriculum offers three industry-relevant Certificate Programmes designed to give you a competitive edge in the business world. These certificates focus on skills and knowledge that are highly valued by employers and increasingly essential for future leaders.

By carefully selecting your core and elective courses, you may qualify for one of the following certificates:

  • Sustainability for Leaders
  • Data-Driven Leadership
  • Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM)

With two intakes per year, business electives are available in both the spring and fall semesters, allowing you to plan your studies flexibly and align your learning with your career goals.


Sustainability for Leaders Certificate Programme (4 courses, 24 credits)

The Sustainability for Leaders Certificate Programme is designed for students who seek to integrate sustainability principles into strategic and operational decision-making. The programme provides a holistic understanding of how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations shape modern business leadership. Students gain insight into responsible management practices, sustainable business models, and the role of leaders in driving organisational transformation toward long-term value creation. Through a carefully structured combination of core and elective courses, participants develop the competencies required to embed sustainability into corporate strategy, organisational culture, and everyday business operations. Key focus areas include:

Data-driven Leadership Certificate Programme (4 courses, 24 credits)

The Data-Driven Leadership Certificate Programme is designed for students who want to strengthen their analytical and decision-making capabilities in an increasingly data-intensive business environment.
