Dr. Richárd Farkas
Richárd Farkas defended his PhD at the University of Pécs in 2019. His main topic is empirical industrial organization, he focuses on pricing behavior of gasoline markets. He started to work as an assistant lecturer and assistant research fellow at the University of Pécs Faculty of Business and Economics in 2017. From 2020 he is working at the same institute as an assistant professor. He has visited more European and US institute as guest researcher. In 2017, he became an invited participant of the 6th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting on Economic Sciences. He teaches a number of courses of Microeconomics and Macroeconomics in Hungarian and English languages.
