Oxford Summer School

From June 23–27, Emese Braun attended the Oxford Summer School in Economic Networks, where around 60 students and researchers explored topics in complexity economics, network theory, and economic geography. The lectures were intellectually stimulating, with standout presentations on labor mobility, complexity sicence and supply chain systemic risk modeling. In addition to inspiring lectures, the program included hands-on exercises and group work, which added a practical and engaging dimension.

Beyond the academic content, the summer school was a great opportunity to build connections with fellow researchers working in related fields, and I’m confident our paths will cross again in the future.
