The Head of the Team, Tamás Sebestyén, recently participated in a seminar at Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg, where he delivered a presentation entitled "Growth, resilience and vulnerability in networked economies: a multi-method approach".
The seminar explored how complex production networks influence economic performance, resilience, and vulnerability in an increasingly interconnected global economy. Through innovative modelling and network-based analysis, the presentation offered valuable insights into global value chains, structural interconnectedness, and the dynamics of economic shocks and upgrading opportunities.
