Csaba Gáspár studied at the University of Pécs between 1988 and 1992, followed by a period of study in Arnhem, Netherlands. In 1993, he graduated with a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Pécs (then Janus Pannonius University). He worked continuously in the financial sector until 2020, spending the final 25 years of this period focused on the development of Hungary's savings cooperative credit institutions, during which time he also gained extensive expertise in rural development. As the Managing Director of Hungária Savings Cooperative, he played an active role in both strategy development and implementation within the governing bodies of Magyar Takarékszövetkezeti Bank Zrt. and FHB Bank Zrt.

In 2016, he became a founding member of the Tolna County Branch of the Hungarian Economic Association (HEA), subsequently serving as its Chairman for six years. He strengthened the regional presence of the 122-year-old HEA in Southern Transdanubia by organising a wide range of high-quality professional programmes.

Following the restructuring of the Hungarian savings cooperative system in 2019, he has utilised his organisational and management experience as a consultant through his own businesses. In recent years, his partners have included several Hungarian local governments and the French-owned insurer Groupama Biztosító Zrt. He is currently a professional partner to the University of Dunaújváros and several companies based in Pécs.

Since 2015, he has been a member—and since 2022, Chairman—of the Board of Trustees of the Pécs-based Kerek Világ (Round World) Foundation. For 30 years, the foundation has provided school-based rehabilitation for nearly 100 children with physical and mental disabilities, as well as care and employment opportunities for 200 disabled adults.
