Experiences of the first week of digital teaching, and information about the teaching schedule on 30-31 March

2020. March 27. 19:00

Dear Students,

the first week of digital teaching is over. Based on the feedback from professors and students, the teaching method applied can be regarded successful. Professors unanimously reported that students were actively participating the classes, and were cooperative. Furthermore, they were patient and helpful in case of technical problems. We would like to thank you for all of this. We reported all the technical failures arisen (sound failures, access problems, video recording malfunctions) to the appropriate bodies, which are already working on the solutions. We believe that the amount of such problems will continuously decrease through time, and nothing will disturb the flow of knowledge.

In light of some misunderstandable news in the Hungarian national media regarding a possible teaching break on 30-31 March, we inform you that, although the ban of personally approaching the university buildings remains in effect, teaching and examinations will be held as scheduled on every working day (including next Monday and Tuesday), in digital form.

Thank you for your cooperation:
