This year for the first time International Hackathon was held with a personal presence!
The International Hackathon was held this year between 24-25 April 2024 at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Pécs, with 17 student teams and nearly 90 Hungarian and international students from 5 faculties of Pécs University of Technology.
As this year's International Hackathon was organised in cooperation with the Sustainability Centre and the Hydrogen Centre, the students were given an unusual but interesting challenge: to develop an educational strategy to promote the knowledge of hydrogen as an energy source and to increase social awareness and acceptance.
In addition to solving an exciting problem, the course was an excellent opportunity for the students to develop their teamwork and presentation skills, as well as their creative thinking.
The students' work was supported by the expertise of Pécsiközgáz's corporate partners and trainers.
