Everything You Need to Know About the KTK Campus App
2026. October 7. 15:37
During our university years, we all face the same daily questions: Where is my next class? Has my exam grade been posted yet? How many credits do I still need to graduate? Although Neptun and the university websites contain all the necessary information, let's face it. Browsing them from a smartphone can be quite a hassle. Fortunately, here at UPFBE there is a modern, student-friendly solution, the KTK Campus mobile app.
If you haven’t downloaded it yet or are just getting familiar with the interface, we have summarized why this app will be your best friend during both the semester and the exam period!
What is the KTK Campus app?
This is not just another useless app on your phone, it is the official system of the University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics, tailored specifically to the needs of students. The developers' goal was to shift academic administration and daily university life onto a clean, transparent, and lightning-fast mobile interface.
The Key Features That Will Make Your Life Easier
The application essentially functions as a smart assistant. Here are the most important features you will use on a daily basis:
Personalized Dashboard: After logging in successfully, you are immediately greeted by your most important data. Your current semester status, the exact number of active and completed credits, and your scholarship GPA are all displayed in one place for instant viewing.
Smart Neptun Messages: No need to refresh your emails every single minute. The app collects and logically organizes your academic messages, and you can even save important deadlines directly to your calendar.
Progress Tracker: An excellent feature that graphically displays where you currently stand in your studies compared to your expected graduation date. On top of that, you can also track how your performance compares to the group average.
Exams and Results: The app significantly reduces exam period stress by allowing you to see your grades and midterm results in a well-readable format as soon as they are entered into the system.
Career and Opportunities (OPENUP): University is not just about studying; it is also about building your future. Through the app, you can directly access the latest internship positions and job offers tailored to you.
Why is it Worth Using?
The biggest advantage is speed and transparency. You don’t need to sit down at a computer just to check a room or a time slot, and you don’t have to struggle with the mobile limitations of the desktop version of Neptun either. All official information from the Academic Registry’s contact details to the academic calendar and regulations is accessible with just a few clicks, whether you are traveling on the bus or sitting in a café between two lectures.
How to Get Started?
The application is available for free download on both Android and iOS from the official app stores. After installation, you can log in securely using your usual university credentials.
Don't let administration take your time away from what really matters! Start the next semester fully prepared, download the KTK Campus app today, and make the most of your years at UPFBE! See you on campus!
