The final research seminar of the semester, held on June 2, was a great success and drew significant interest. Dr. Prachi Gala , an associate professor at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University, delivered a presentation at the event.
In her presentation titled “Why CEO Integrity Matters for Risk-Taking and Digital Orientation,” Prachi highlighted how a CEO’s integrity influences their willingness to take risks and, consequently, their company’s digital orientation (DO). Her research findings contribute significantly to a better understanding of the multifaceted factors driving digital transformation in organizations and provide valuable insights for marketing scholars, board members, investors, employees, and customers.
