1st Omnichannel Day

The first hybrid professional day on omnichannel shoppers was welcomed with great interest where next to the presented research results, renowned speakers from abroad and our corporate partners also shared their knowledge about the topic. During the day, we heard exciting presentations on omnichannel shopper behaviour, the latest research findings and learned about practical solutions in presentations by dunnhumby and IPSOS.

2nd Omnichannel Day

The second Omnichannel Day was organised by the Omnichannel Research Group at Corvinus University in Budapest. Dr. Ildikó Kemény, Associate Professor at BCE, welcomed the participants, which consisted of two major parts, continuing the initiative started last year: in the morning, national and international researchers working on the theory, and in the afternoon, renowned marketing leaders shared their experiences on the topic, such as Gergely Román, who, as head of e-commerce at Decathlon, spoke to the participants about the challenges and areas of development needed for retail companies to move towards omnichannel marketing, the creation of an "accessible" customer experience. More...

3rd Omnichannel Day

The 3rd Omnichannel Day was held at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pécs, where Hungarian and international researchers and business experts shared their experiences on the topic. The hybrid event was opened by Judit Simon, PhD Professor Emerita of the Corvinus University of Budapest, followed by exciting presentations on the use of mobile devices, the role of emotions in the use of retail mobile apps and the differences between different digital devices. The day was closed by Tamás Szabó, Market Fulfillment Manager of IKEA Hungary, who presented the omnichannel changes taking place at IKEA. More...
