Mentor Programme

In the autumn of 2014, the predecessor of CareerSpot, TalentSpot, was established with the participation of 24 dedicated instructors. Today, the CareerSpot team consists of nearly fifty members, primarily faculty, along with several administrative staff members and 10 students.

From the very beginning, all mentors have participated in the mentoring program on a voluntary basis. They continuously engage in professional development, and their exemplary commitment, proactive attitude, and dedication have been evident throughout.

From the academic year 2025–2026, the institution of Mandatory Mentoring (KP Mentoring) has been incorporated into the curriculum. For students enrolled in bachelor’s programmes, participation in at least one mentoring session during their studies is a compulsory requirement.

It is advisable to fulfil this requirement at the very beginning of your studies, so that you can meet your mentor in person. You may turn to your mentor with confidence throughout your academic journey—whether you have academic, social, or personal questions.

The work of our mentors is supported by the following student mentors.
