 
Corporate Talk is back soon! The first guests of this semester will be Gréta Brandhuber (Retail Marketing Manager, Indotek Group) and Gergely Fonay (Chief Operating Officer – SUPER11). Together, we will discuss how the role of shopping malls has transformed and what new functions they serve today. (The event will be held in Hungarian.)
What is Corporate Talk?
The CoRe lab Corporate Talk was created to bring to the fore, with the help of our partners, the CoRe lab's research centre for consumer behaviour research, to bring current professional topics related to market research that can provide new and relevant information to the public and the profession.
The event consists of a staff member(s) from the CoRe lab talking to invited guests about pre-agreed topics in front of an audience. The main target groups of the event are students and staff of the PTE KTK, as well as people interested in market research, professionals working specifically in the field of market research, and the general public.
The topic of the talk
The discussion will focus on the evolving role of shopping centers, examining how malls have transformed over the past decade, the differences in generational shopping motivations, and how experience, sustainability, and an omnichannel approach are integrated into everyday operations. Special emphasis will be placed on Auchan Korzó’s “third place” concept, which offers not only shopping opportunities but also community, educational, and leisure experiences.
