MSc Management and Leadership

MSc Management and Leadership

Why choose Master’s in Management and Leadership at UPFBE?

The curriculum, which has been renewed in 2023, places particular emphasis on the acquisition of practical knowledge and the development of critical analysis skills. Classes will focus on strategic insights and tools, the development of soft skills in management and a sustainable approach to leadership. The renewed curriculum has been aligned with the world’s leading master’s programmes and is the programme with which the Faculty of Business and Economics is applying for a new EFMD programme accreditation.

Our graduates will also acquire high level communication – negotiation and presentation – skills in English which will be facilitated in the English language programmes by a range of mobility schemes abroad, and double degree programmes.

To whom do we recommend the Master’s Programme in Management and Leadership in English language?

The aim of the course is to equip graduates with the skills and competences required for management positions in multinational companies and small- and medium-sized enterprises.

This training programme is particularly recommended for those who already have a BSc degree in economics, but would like to further develop their skills in this area in the Master’s programme. Of course, our training is also open to those who have obtained a degree in other types of programmes, but have acquired a significant number of credits in economics subjects. For these students, the credit recognition procedure is a solution, on which you can find more information at the following page.
