Prohuman Unit
The Prohuman Unit operates within the Department of Management and Leadership at the Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pécs, in cooperation with the Prohuman Group. Its aim is to integrate the practical and labour market knowledge accumulated within the Prohuman Group into education and research, thereby strengthening the link between academic knowledge and labour market practice.
The Department contributes to students’ development through professional lectures, practice-oriented courses, and the development of teaching materials, as well as by supporting theses and Student Research Society (TDK) papers. The cooperation also creates opportunities for internships and professional placements. Further areas of development include joint labour market research, short-cycle programmes, and corporate training, coaching, and organisational development programmes.
