During the autumn semester, the first Corporate Talk will take place in October, where Gergely Román, E-Commerce Director of Decathlon Hungary will be our guest.

What is the Corporate Talk?

The CoRe lab Corporate Talk was created with the aim of bringing into focus current professional topics related to market research, which can provide new and relevant information for interested parties and the profession, with the help of our partners.

The essence of the event is that a staff member or staff members of the CoRe lab talk to invited guests about pre-arranged topics in front of an audience. The main target groups of the event are students and employees of University of Pécs, Faculty of Business and Economics, as well as those interested in market research, especially professional circles working in the field of market research

The topic of discussion

People now have access to the products and information they want through a variety of different channels, be it online stores, social media platforms or traditional shops. However, consumer behaviour is not a one-way process: information, experiences and values can come from many different sources and influence their decisions. In this discussion, we will focus on how shopper behaviour is evolving across different channels and what challenges and opportunities businesses and marketers face in this new reality. Learn how to navigate the omnichannel world to better understand and serve the modern shopper.
