Nazareth College's School of Business and Leadership

Global Case Competition registration deadline extended thru March 23!

The School of Business and Leadership at Nazareth College invites student groups to participate in our 2nd Annual Global Case Competition. Last year’s competition was a success with fifteen partner universities participating in the competition. For this year, we are opening the competition to any global university, and we have also increased the prize money associated with participation in the competition. Please see below for more details and the link to the competition web page and registration form.

  • The preliminary round will be conducted in early spring 2022 (March 25-April 1, 2022).
  • The final round will be conducted in late spring 2022 (May 20-May 27, 2022).

Each university will only be allowed to enter one student team in the competition.

For the preliminary round, the participating groups will be asked to submit a one-page memo of their case analysis and a 10-minute video of their presentation. Each team is encouraged to be as creative as possible in communicating their main points in the presentation.

Six finalist teams will be chosen from the preliminary entries, and those finalists will participate in the final round, where they will be expected to submit a 3-page memo of their analysis of and a 30-minute presentation video on a new case.

Due to the generosity of our sponsors this year, we will be more than doubling the prize money for the competition:

  • First Place -- $2500
  • Second Place -- $1500
  • Third Place -- $1000
  • Honorable Mention -- $500
  • The two finalist teams not receiving monetary gifts will receive alternative gifts from the School of Business and Leadership.
  • All case competition participants, in both the preliminary and final rounds, will receive an electronic certificate of participation or of their placement from the School of Business and Leadership and Nazareth College.

You can find more information and also a link to the entrance form on our 2nd Annual Global Case Competition web page.
