Menu: Entrée, Wine Cellar Tour, Wine Tasting, Dinner: Grilled and fried meats with side dish, Wines and beverages.
Entrée: Smoked goods (home-made smoked cold cuts, marinated olives, vegetables, and leavened bread)
Wine Cellar Tour and Wine Tasting: introducing to wine production: from harvest to barrel;
Tasting of 6 wines of the Vylyan Winery: Macska Portugieser, Vörös Variáció, Ördög Cuvée, Kékfrankos, Csóka, Mandulás Cabernet Frank (‘Cat’ Portugieser, Red Variation (cuvée), Devil Cuvée (cuvée), ‘Blaufränkisch’, ‘Jackdaw’, Almond Cabernet Frank (cuvée)).
Dinner: grill pork (spare rib roast), breaded turkey breast fried in seedy crumbs, honey-mustard chicken breast, chevap sausages, grilled vegetables. Side dishes: rice variations, potato with parsley, French fries, steak potato.
Wines and beverages: Boszorkány Fehér Cuvée, Kakas Rozé, Ördög Cuvée (‘Witch’ white cuvée, ‘Rooster’ Cuvée, Devil Cuvée), home-made fruit lemonades, mineral water, coffee.

Vegetarian or paleo option available.
The lunch only available with a ticket which will be handed over at the registration.
