June 6-7: Coffee break by Teleky catering

Where: Hatchery Reception

Participants: our Guests and colleagues: approx. 15 people.

Foods: small snacks and biscuits.

Beverages: soft drinks, juices, mineral water, coffee

Soft drinks: Coca Cola, Cola Zero, Kinley ginger ale and tonic water.

Juices: Mecsek portéka juices: apple juice, peach juice, sour cherry juice.

Mineral water: Szentkirályi mineral water: sparkling water and noncarbonated water.

Coffee: Pascucci coffee: espresso, lungo, cappuccino, latte.

12:30 - 13:30:     Lunch: sandwiches by Teleky catering

When:          6th June 2023         Tuesday,      12:30 - 13:30

Where: Hatchery Reception

Participants: our Guests and colleagues: approx. 15 people.

Soft drinks: Coca Cola, Cola Zero, Kinley ginger ale and tonic water.

Mineral water: sparkling water and noncarbonated water.

Coffee: Pascucci coffee: espresso, lungo, cappuccino, latte.

Menu: Canapé Sandwiches in 3 styles (4/person):

Vegan: bread with Camembert cheese, grape, fried walnut

Ham: bread with home-made smoked ham, green paprika, green onion germs

Gourmet: bread spread with feta cheese and honey cream, turkey ham, black olives

Participants: our Guests and colleagues: approx. 15 people.

Menu: Entrée, Wine Cellar Tour, Wine Tasting, Dinner: Grilled and fried meats with side dish, Wines and beverages.

Entrée: Smoked goods (home-made smoked cold cuts, marinated olives, vegetables, and leavened bread)

Wine Cellar Tour and Wine Tasting: introducing to wine production: from harvest to barrel;
Tasting of 6 wines of the Vylyan Winery: Macska Portugieser, Vörös Variáció, Ördög Cuvée, Kékfrankos, Csóka, Mandulás Cabernet Frank (‘Cat’ Portugieser, Red Variation (cuvée), Devil Cuvée (cuvée), ‘Blaufränkisch’, ‘Jackdaw’, Almond Cabernet Frank (cuvée)).

Dinner: grill pork (spare rib roast), breaded turkey breast fried in seedy crumbs, honey-mustard chicken breast, chevap sausages, grilled vegetables. Side dishes: rice variations, potato with parsley, French fries, steak potato.

Wines and beverages: Boszorkány Fehér Cuvée, Kakas Rozé, Ördög Cuvée (‘Witch’ white cuvée, ‘Rooster’ Cuvée, Devil Cuvée), home-made fruit lemonades, mineral water, coffee.

12:15-13:15        Lunch: menu, at Teleky Bistro

Where: Teleky Bistro.

Participants: our Guests and colleagues: approx. 15 people.

Menu: the actual menu ‘A’ or ‘B’ at Teleky Bistro, 7 June.

Soup + main course, with one glass of a beverage chosen from the Bistro’s supply.

Vegetarian or paleo option available.

The lunch only available with a ticket which will be handed over at the registration.
